Carol, more good news

Carol has more good news. She has been on the breathing machine for 9 days, after she stopped breathing. Since the brain was not sending the right signals, Carol needed help to breath. It is 2 tubes going into each lung and a tube to her stomach to feed her.
The Dr was hoping in the next few days to take it out if Carol was able to breathe on her own.
Nurse just rang me and said they HAD ALREADY TAKEN THE BREATHING TUBES OUT and Carol is doing well and breathing on her own!!!  Keep praying.
At our church prayer time for Carol I shared that Jesus told Lazarus, who had been dead and buried for 4 days, to come out of the grave. And that day Lazarus went home and had dinner with his sisters. Full restoration!
God can do that for Carol, we pray, Pastor Craig

Praising the Lord along with your worldwide prayer team!!!

One commentary said that Jesus had the power to heal Lazarus at the moment he died (although Jesus was not with him). But, Jesus didn't, because the Lord would receive MORE glory by raising Lazarus from the dead (than by healing him of his disease).

May our Lord's Glory be MAGNIFIED through this miracle of healing and restoration of your dear Carol.
His way, His timing, according to His plan. May your faithfulness in Him never waver. If memory serves (from earlier posts), this is now the third time your family has experienced his miraculous healing. The Lord must have a specific purpose for these difficult trials. May you hear his voice clearly as you seek the answer.

Will continue to pray for Carol's recovery.

Blessings from PA

Yes, He can. Remember Martha confronted Jesus for not coming sooner? Jesus' response was from a Heavenly perspective; so that all who had assembled might see the mighty Hand of God; that others might believe.

Truly God is being magnified all across the world through His plans for you and Carol.

Continuing to pray for more great news! Marilee

Today I was subbing with a class of 5th graders. This morning we prayed for Carol. After I heard that Carol woke up, I told the class that God had done a miracle with Carol. The class literally cheered!!!

God moves in a mysterious way
His wonders to perform;
He plants His footsteps in the sea
And rides upon the storm.

Deep in unfathomable mines
Of never failing skill
He treasures up His bright designs
And works His sovereign will.

Ye fearful saints, fresh courage take;
The clouds ye so much dread
Are big with mercy and shall break
In blessings on your head.

Judge not the Lord by feeble sense,
But trust Him for His grace;
Behind a frowning providence
He hides a smiling face.

His purposes will ripen fast,
Unfolding every hour;
The bud may have a bitter taste,
But sweet will be the flower.

Blind unbelief is sure to err
And scan His work in vain;
God is His own interpreter,
And He will make it plain.

How amazing is the Lord! We too, this morning, were pleading with God that He would do a miracle with Carol just as He had Lazarus! We THEN got the email "Carol IS AWAKE"!
We serve an amazing heavenly Father.

Dear Craig,

I am praising Jesus for this beautiful break through...He is the God of bursting out! (II Samuel 5: 19-20) Dear Carol I prayed this morning that the Lord Jesus would raise you up to see a new day just as he raised the little girl in the gospel of Mark. Jesus said to her, 'Talitha comi', which literally means, 'Honey, it's time to wake up'. I just prayed that Jesus would do this for you, Carol and for your sweet family

Dear Craig,
I too am a survivor of bacterial meningitis 18 years ago. Would love to meet with you and your wife and offer encouragement and hope. God has been so amazing and evident in my journey. I have learned that He doesn't allow anything in our lives that He doesn't prepare and equip us to be victorious in and He is with us every step of the way. I am praying for you and your family.
